Outlook generates Broadgun PDF add-in error
Outlook generates Broadgun PDF add-in error
Solution
You receive the following message or similar:
"The PDF Machine addin appears corrupted, some other addins may have done this. Try uninstalling PDF Machine then re-installing"
CAUSE
This is due to a corrupted outlook mapi profile:
Close Outlook
Browse to u:\application data\microsoft
Rename the Outlook folder
Launch Outlook, th folder will autogenerate.
If when you go to the U: you can't see the "Application Data" you may need to change the Show Hidden Files & Folders settings, to do this, from within a folder view, select from the menu Tools/Options then select the view TAB, select the Show Hidden Files option.
