 CPF Local PC not Launching Citrix Login Window
Solution The Kaspersky Popup Blocker may still be enabled preventing the Citrix Web Interface Screen from launching.

Start/Programs/Kaspersky AV then select Settings, on Anti Spy turn off the Popup Blocker.
