Solution To attach your Archive Folders to your mailbox, follow these steps:

In Outlook click on Tools and Select Options, select the second Tab called Mail Setup and then click on the button entitled Data Files, then on the Data Files Tab, click on the button entitled Add, then click on OK, you can now navigate to your U:\ where the archive folders are usually stored, select the appropriate file and then click OK, assign it an appropriate name and then click OK and Close, this folder set will now be available within your email.

You should also check that it is the chosen folder for Auto Archiving, to check this and adjust if required, follow these steps:

Select Tools, Options, then the "Other" Tab and then the button entitled AutoArchive, you will see the field called "Move old items to" if this is not the same as the Archive Folder you previously sleected, use the Browse button to find it and associate it.
